EVERETTE RUSSELL

Everette is a strategic business leader with prior experience in business development, private equity, and growth-stage companies. In her role with Redmont Advisory, she will leverage her expertise in sales optimization and business process improvement to help clients accelerate and scale growth.

Over the last several years, Everette has held various roles at Trilliant Health, Sprout, New Capital Partners, and IBM. Her broad range of experience has given her a unique perspective and vast professional network. 

Everette holds an MBA from The University of Alabama, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, graduating summa cum laude. 

Outside of work, Everette enjoys spending time with her husband Thomas and their goldendoodle, Clifford, as well as exploring new places and trying new recipes. She is also extremely passionate about raising money and awareness for the Birmingham chapter of the American Cancer Society

I have been building websites & apps for over a decade and have done everything from providing middle-of-the-night on-call support to managing the development of insurance quoting apps.

Today, I build websites for businesses across a variety of industries and consult on website development, information architecture, and digital marketing strategy.

Regardless of size, my primary focus is helping businesses communicate their brand story—and connect with their audiences on the web—by creating engaging digital experiences.
